Born and raised in Massachusetts and now based in Manhattan, D.K. Lyons infused his music with genuine human connection. Inspired by personal experience, including the loss of his father and the influence of the strong women in his life, the artist explores love, hope, loss and fear. A lifelong pursuit of rockstar dreams has led to over 1000 recorded demos written by a self-taught musician. Passionate since his debut in 2020, D.K. Lyons is an exciting up-and-coming talent.

D.K. Lyons has now released the highly anticipated double album Sophomoric Rambling. Embracing a charming indie pop sound across the twenty tracks, the project feels like a beautiful firework of authentic creativity. D.K. dives into the themes of his life. The arrangements are always beautifully colourful, utilising sparkling production on everything from the fuzzy synths to the chorus-drenched guitars. There are moments of raw, passionate energy, moments of delicate softness and moments of joyous personality.
